Expert Service – From Listing to Contract to Closing

  • Inform seller of disclosure obligations
  • Gather pertinent information for listing, including special features of home
  • Careful review and prompt submission of all offers for seller consideration
  • Verify that the buyer is pre-qualified with a reputable lender
